Tribes of Abyan resumed their encirclement of the city of Aden. This coincides with the return of the crisis between the leaders of the authority loyal to the coalition there.
Tribal sources reported that the tribal gunmen are detaining dozens of locomotives loaded with fuel and heading to Aden. Among the locomotives are those loaded with fuel for Aden Electricity amid a crisis raging in the city.
The resumption of the encirclement of Abyan came with a new statement by the tribes of the central regions threatening to resume escalation in the case of the kidnapping of Ali Ashal Al-Jaadani, whose fate remains unclear with the Transitional Council refusing to reveal it.
These developments indicate a new escalation not in the Ashal file, but in the context of pressure on the Transitional Council, which resumed its siege of Al-Alimi with raids that did not exclude his office in Maashiq.
