Head of the Supreme Judicial Council Judge Ahmed Al-Mutawakel, along with head of the Judicial Inspection Authority Judge Ahmed al-Shahari, and Secretary-General of the Judicial Council Judge Saad Hadi, on Thursday offered condolences on the martyrdom of the head of the political bureau of the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, the leader Ismail Haniyeh.
During his visit to the Hamas movement office in Sana’a, al-Mutawakel renewed his strong condemnation of the crime of assassinating leader Haniyeh by the Zionist entity, considering it a flagrant violation of the sovereignty of states and international humanitarian law.
He also reaffirmed Yemen’s firm and principled position in supporting the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance until the end of the Zionist occupation of the Palestinian territories.
During his meeting with Hamas representative in Yemen Moadh Abu Shamala and the leaders of the Palestinian resistance, the head of the Judicial Council expressed his sincere condolences for the martyrdom of leader Ismail Haniyeh, and all the martyrs from the leaders of the Palestinian resistance and Hezbollah.
He praised the virtues of the martyr Ismail Haniyeh and all the martyrs from Hamas and the resistance movements in Gaza, and the leaders of Hezbollah, the last of whom was the martyr leader Fouad Shukr, noting the jihadist role of the martyrs Haniyeh and Shukr in supporting the cause of the nation.
Judge al-Mutawakel pointed out that the Yemeni people are experiencing the pains of Palestine moment by moment and are doing their best to participate in the direct confrontation with the enemy, pointing out that the position of the leader of the revolution and with him the Yemeni people and their armed forces in supporting the Palestinian people embodied the sincerity of faith, belonging and Arabism in the face of the tyranny and injustice practiced by the occupying Zionists.
For his part, Abu Shamala and the leaders of the Palestinian resistance expressed their pride in the position of Yemen and its brave, struggling leadership, and expressed their thanks to the President and members of the Judicial Council for this visit that carries fraternal feelings of faith and sincere condolences.
Abu Shamala touched on the path of the nation’s deceased and great martyr against the enemy until he ascended as a martyr.. praising the position of Yemen and its struggling leadership, which is the strongest position in the Arab region in supporting the oppressed Palestinian people, and indicates the chivalry and pride of this wise leadership and the Yemeni people.
