The Presidential Decree No. 1 of 1446 AH was issued in Sana’a on Saturday, establishing the Cabinet’s Office.
The decree included 11 articles distributed into four chapters, which are Chapter One: Naming, definitions, and construction; Chapter Two: The office’s objectives, tasks, and main competencies; Chapter Three: The organizational structure of the office; and Chapter Four: Final Provisions.
The eleventh and final article of the decision stipulates that it will be effective from the date of its issuance and publication in the Official Gazette.
The Presidential Decree No. 2 of 1446 AH was also issued today appointing Muhammad Qasim Muhammad Al-Kabsi as Director of the Cabinet’s Office.
