The Israeli occupation forces have acknowledged the death of a soldier and the injury of two others in the Gaza Strip.
According to the spokesperson for the occupation forces, Sgt. Omer Ginzburg, 19, of the Paratroopers Brigade’s 101st Battalion, from Kiryat Tivon was killed during fighting in the southern Gaza Strip.
Omer was killed in the Qarara area east of Khan Younis by Hamas snipers, and two other fighters were injured, he added.
