The Change and Construction Government strongly, condemned the brutal Zionist aggression against Lebanon, which resulted in the martyrdom of 182 civilians and the injury of 727 others.

The official spokesperson for the Government, and the minister of information Hashem Sharaf al-Din, stated that this heinous attack constitutes a blatant violation of international law and humanitarian principles, and a flagrant assault on Lebanon’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

He emphasized that it serves as a stark reminder of the Israeli occupation’s disregard for human life and its ongoing practice of violence and terrorism against both the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples, with US and British support.

He expressed his solidarity with the Lebanese people and government during this challenging period, calling on all those with a sense of human conscience—governments, organizations, political parties, and individuals—to take meaningful steps to stop this aggression and hold the Israeli occupation accountable for its violent actions, preventing it from continuing its atrocities that affect children and women without distinction.

The Government called on the United Nations and its relevant agencies to provide urgent humanitarian assistance to the victims of this aggression, reaffirming its unwavering support for the right of the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples to defend themselves vigorously.

Additionally, it emphasized that the Republic of Yemen will steadfastly uphold its responsibility to assist the oppressed against Zionist-American terrorism and all forms of occupation, aggression, and repression.
