The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon continued on Thursday its daily operations against the Israeli border posts in support of Gaza people and resistance. However, the Israeli escalation which included an attack that claimed two civilian martyrs in Al-Bayyada, South Lebanon, made Hezbollah respond forcefully.
Hezbollah Military media issued consecutive statements to detail the Resistance attacks and their outcomes.
The first statement mentioned that the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted Bayyad Blida site with heavy artillery shells at 1:00 am on the dawn of Thursday, 12-09-2024, scoring a direct hit.
The second statement maintained that the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted Al-Malkiya site in the morning of Thursday, 12-09-2024, with appropriate weapons, scoring a direct hit.
The third statement affirmed that, in response to the enemy’s assaults on the steadfast southern villages and safe civilian homes, particularly the two oppressed martyrs in Al-Bayada, the Islamic Resistance included the settlement of Rosh Hanikra in its fire plan and bombarded it for the first time, as well as bombarding the settlement of Metzuva with a salvo of rockets.
According to the fourth statement, the Islamic Resistance fighters targeted the enemy’s artillery bunkers north of Ein Ya’akov settlement at 1:20 pm on Thursday, 12-09-2024, with rocket weapons.
