The city of Mukalla in occupied Hadhramaut witnessed angry popular protests this morning, Wednesday, against the practices of the Emirati occupier, its agents and mercenaries in the city. According to what was published by the website “26 September Net”.

The city of Mukalla has been witnessing a state of congestion and overwhelming popular anger for days over the presence of the practices and abuses of the Emirati occupier and its militarization of the city and its transformation into a military base and secret prisons, which caused an almost complete collapse of services.
The Emirati occupier practices all kinds of injustice against the Hadrami citizen, from tyranny, torture, imprisonment, besieging him and depriving him of earning a living easily, which led to high unemployment rates and a lack of job opportunities.
It was necessary for a popular uprising to save the citizen from this miserable situation, and this is exactly what happened and is happening these days in the city of Mukalla.
Observers expected the protests to expand more and more to include all areas of Hadhramaut.
Yesterday, Ghayl Bawazir District witnessed student protests, with hundreds of students taking to the streets of the city in a large demonstration denouncing the deterioration of service and living conditions.
Fishermen in the port of Ash Shihr cut off an international line linking Hadhramaut to the Sultanate of Oman and prevented the movement of cars and locomotives in protest against the arbitrariness of the Emirati occupier in preventing them from entering the sea to pursue their daily fishing activities and earn their living.
