President of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi al-Mashat, sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Federal Republic of Brazil, Luiz Inacio Lula Da Silva, on the occasion of Independence Day.
In the message, President Al-Mashat extended his congratulations to Lula and the Brazilian people on the occasion of Brazil’s National Day.
