Mohammad Afif, Hezbollah’s media relations official, stated that the number of casualties in the Zionist enemy army during Wednesday’s clashes is significantly high, emphasizing that the enemy is enforcing a media blackout to conceal the extent of their losses.
Afif also clarified that there were no weapons in the buildings bombed by the Zionist entity in the southern suburbs of Beirut, specifically condemning the bombing of Al-Sirat Channel’s headquarters as an act of terrorism and aggression. He accused the Zionist forces of systematically destroying buildings within the city.
“The systematic destruction will only increase our determination to support the resistance,” Afif said, noting that Hezbollah forces had engaged in fierce clashes with enemy forces in the areas of Adaisseh and Maroun al-Ras. He reiterated that the casualties suffered by the Zionist forces were substantial but that the enemy was hiding this information.
He reassured that Hezbollah’s resistance and command system remain intact, stating, “The resistance is fine, and today’s events in Misgav Am, Maroun al-Ras, and Adaisseh are just the beginning.”
Afif also drew a parallel between Lebanon and Gaza, asserting that the enemy’s destructive policy is aimed at inciting the population against the resistance.
