The Israeli occupation continues its strict blockade of northern Gaza for the sixteenth consecutive day, escalating ethnic cleansing crimes and committing horrific massacres that have claimed hundreds of innocent lives, including children and women.
Last night, Israeli warplanes targeted a residential block in Beit Lahiya, resulting in the murder of 73 civilians, including children and women. Additionally, Israeli tanks besieged the Indonesian Hospital in the Sheikh Zayed area, demolishing part of its walls, and attacked the upper floors of Al-Awda Hospital three times, with similar strikes reported at Al-Yemen Al-Saeed Hospital, according the Palestine official news agency Wafa .
The Israeli occupation forces also bombarded the vicinity of Kamal Adwan Hospital, hitting water tanks and electricity networks. Meanwhile, heavy artillery fire targeted Jabalia and its surroundings, leading to significant destruction, with plumes of smoke rising from the camp area.
The occupation army also surrounded shelters with a large number of military vehicles, creating a terrifying scene. Women and children were subjected to searches and intimidation before being allowed to leave the shelters, while several men and youths were detained. Emergency and civil defense teams faced near-total disruption in their operations due to targeted attacks and obstructions.
Approximately 350,000 residents have been forced to flee their homes due to the brutal bombardments from Israeli warplanes and artillery. Hospitals remain deprived of essential medical supplies, severely impacting their ability to provide care for patients and the injured.
The ongoing crisis in northern Gaza has also led to the exodus of medical professionals, leaving residents in a dire medical situation.
