Armed men of the Hadhramaut Tribal Alliance seized tankers loaded with precious stones that were on their way to the port of Mukalla to be transported outside Yemen.
Local sources said that an armed point of the alliance seized yesterday dump trucks loaded with natural resources of gold extracts and other rare stones and black sands containing “uranium” and others west of Mukalla, They pointed out that Hadhramaut’s wealth has been systematically looted for years in a random manner.
They explained that the looting of Hadhramaut’s natural resources is being looted by contractors and specialists from outside Hadhramaut.
The Tribal Alliance had prevented the exit of any wealth from Hadhramaut, regardless of its value or importance, so that it would remain the property of the people of Hadhramaut until their legitimate demands are met.
