The Israeli occupation army admitted on Saturday evening that three of its soldiers were killed in battles in Gaza and Lebanon over the past 24 hours.
According to the occupation army spokesperson, an Israeli soldier died from serious injuries sustained to his head in clashes in southern Lebanon.
“Two Israeli soldiers have been killed in Gaza were killed in ongoing fighting in northern Gaza”, he added.
They were named as 20-year-old Staff Sgt. Ofir Berkovich and 19-year-old Sgt. Elishai Young.
They were killed by an anti-tank missile in the Jabalya refugee camp north of Gaza City. An officer was seriously wounded in the same incident.
Regarding the number of injuries, the army spokesperson indicated that two officers were seriously wounded in the battles in northern Gaza.
