Yemen scholars Association has called upon the scholars, peoples, and armies of the Islamic nation to rise with renewed vigor, adopting a dignified and faith-based stance that moves them from silence to action, from humiliation to dignity, from a spirit of defeatism to a spirit of jihad, and from division serving the interests of the Jews to unity and brotherhood in service to Islam.

A statement issued by the Association on Monday emphasized that the ongoing battle in Gaza, Palestine, Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq, and on the front of the “True Promise” led by the Islamic Republic of Iran, is a battle for the destiny of the entire nation. It is a decisive struggle against the Zionist entity, its American backers, the infidel West, and hypocritical forces.

The scholars declared that the battle against the Israeli-American enemy is a confrontation between right and wrong, oppressor and oppressed, aggressor and victim. It is a struggle for Islam as a united front against the enemy of the entire Muslim nation, a battle that does not tolerate neutrality, discouragement, silence, or complacency.

The statement stressed that neutrality in this battle is forbidden, and complacency is disgraceful. Witnessing the brutal massacres and Zionist genocide against the children and women of Gaza leads to immediate divine punishment and eternal shame and loss in the Hereafter.

The scholars warned that anyone who incites sectarian or ideological strife within the nation, distracting it with narrow allegiances during this sacred battle, is aligning themselves with the Zionists and Americans.

The statement affirmed that the responsibility has grown after a year of sacred jihad led by the Al-Qassam Brigades. With each passing day, every Zionist crime and massacre, and with every martyr who falls, the obligation of jihad in the way of Allah only becomes more pressing.

The scholars also noted that the tyranny of oppressive regimes can be broken through the powerful voices of scholars and the momentum of popular movements. The people are greater and stronger than the regimes, and their role should not be underestimated, no matter how small it may seem.

They called on the scholars of the nation to use the pulpits as bastions of awareness and public mobilization, turning them into platforms to proclaim the truth and focus the animosity on the true enemies of Islam, as mentioned in the Quran.

The scholars also called for unity in the nation’s words, with sincerity, honesty, responsibility, and insight. They rejected any misleading or divisive calls based on sectarian or other pretexts, warning against listening to scholars of evil and discord.

The scholars stressed the importance of boycotting all goods, products, and companies from the US, Israel, and Britain. They also emphasized that spending in the way of Allah, for the dignity of the nation, supporting its resistance, and advancing military industries to deter enemies is a necessary obligation for the nation.
