Local sources in Marib Governorate have reported the death of Naif Mohammed Al-Husseini Al-Muradi due to torture in the prisons operated by mercenaries of the US-Saudi aggression.
The victim’s family recently discovered his death in the “Political Security” prison after being kept in the dark for four years. His body, retrieved from the morgue of Marib General Hospital, bore clear signs of torture.
This revelation came after the prison administration refused to disclose his fate, and the family was informed by another inmate.
This crime has sparked widespread condemnation, especially among the Murad tribe, to which the victim belonged. Tribal leaders have vowed to hold the perpetrators and prison officials accountable for the atrocity.
Marib and other occupied provinces are plagued by security chaos, marked by murders, kidnappings, and torture of civilians. Such crimes, enabled by complicit security authorities under the control of the US-Saudi aggression, have escalated to deliberate killings and threats against civilians.
