Russian media highlighted the successful military operations of the Yemeni Armed Forces, after targeting and expelling American aircraft carriers from the Middle East.
The Russian website “Dzin.ru – Dnevniki Zelenova Krya” said in a report issued on Tuesday: “The Middle East is now without an American aircraft carrier for the second time in less than a year, after the departure of “Abraham Lincoln” from the Arabian Sea after being subjected to direct attacks by Sana’a forces.”
The Russian website confirmed that what is happening now with the “USS Abraham Lincoln” (CVN-72) clearly indicates unplanned events, and its behavior does not fit with the usual algorithm for the operation of an aircraft carrier group in a combat situation.
It added: “Of course, it turned out to be an interesting movie here, and it can be said that the main trade route, through which a terrible cut was made for thousands of years of the Earth’s history, suddenly stops working and lasts for about a year, while US commercial ships swallow seven miles of jelly around Africa, which leads to a loss of time and money, indicating that the Yemenis no longer have any choice but to pursue the eighth aircraft carrier Nimitz, which is much smaller than the Lincoln and also represents a distinct target.
The Russian report expressed its hope that Yemen will have something new and interesting when the “Truman” aircraft carrier arrives in the Red Sea.
In a related context, the Lebanese strategic and military expert, Brigadier General Omar Maarabouni, confirmed that the absence of the US Fifth Fleet from aircraft carriers is a major variable in the history of wars.
He said that this deprives the Fifth Fleet of the ability to maneuver and move and thus influence, indicating that the Yemeni influence on aircraft carriers is a major shift in the naval battle.
