Millions of Yemenis took to the streets on Friday across several provinces, districts, and cities in solidarity with the Lebanese and Palestinian peoples, under the banner, “With Gaza and Lebanon… In Readiness and Mobilization Against the Forces of Arrogance.”
Participants carried banners representing Iran, Iraq, Palestine, Yemen, Lebanon, and Hezbollah, and burned images of the criminal Netanyahu and the newly elected president Trump, standing resolutely in defiance of their threats and arrogance.
A statement issued during the rallies reaffirmed that the people of Yemen will never abandon jihad and will continue to support the resistance in Palestine and Lebanon. It emphasized that the fighters in these countries are not alone, as Yemen is prepared to sacrifice in their defense until victory is achieved.
The statement further declared, “The enemies will not be able to deter Yemen from its principled, faith-driven stance in supporting the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples.”
In addition, the rallies called for dedicating the next week to donations and aid for the displaced Lebanese people, from today until the following Friday.
Addressing the fighters in Palestine and Lebanon, the statement asserted, “You are not alone. We stand by your side until victory, fully prepared to confront the forces of arrogance and their tools in the region.”
As for the United States and its new president, Donald Trump, the message to America was clear: “You know the Yemeni people from before, and you will know them even more today. What you failed to achieve in your previous term, you will not achieve now.”
