17 Yemeni fishermen were stranded in Sudan after being detained there and unable to return to their homeland after being stranded.
Sources said that 17 fishermen from Al-Hodeidah Governorate were stranded in Sudan and were ordered to pay sums of money, before being exempted from it due to their lack of money.
The sources added that the Yemeni fishermen are still stranded due to the confiscation of their boats and their inability to buy tickets from Sudan to Cairo – Aden.
