Interior Minister Chairs Meeting To Discuss Level Of Security Performance

Minister of Interior Major General Abdul Karim al-Houthi chaired on Sunday a meeting with security officers, to discuss security performance, enhancing stability and public peace, and the implementation of the Ministry of Interior’s plan for the year 1446 AH.

The meeting touched on many security files and issues at the level of internal affairs, and raised thorny issues, and appropriate solutions and treatments for them.

During the meeting, the minister called for taken all necessary measures regarding the complex issues and various security files, emphasizing the responsibility of security personnel in protecting citizens and safeguarding both public and private property.

He pointed out that Yemen is currently going through a critical phase that requires everyone to raise their level of vigilance and sense of responsibility to thwart the malicious conspiracies being plotted against the country.

He said, “The Ministry of Interior is considered the safety valve of the country, and everyone must be at the level of responsibility in performing their duties in the best way, before God and the revolutionary leadership represented by the leader, Abdul-Malik al-Badr al-Din al-Houthi.”

Minister al-Houthi stressed the need to fully implement the instructions and directives, urging everyone to adhere to the daily program for the men of God.

He noted that true strength lies in being connected to God, to the leadership, and in moving according to the directives.

He also called for intensifying work, particularly during this critical period in which Yemen is engaged in the battle of “the promised conquest and sacred jihad” in support of the brothers in Gaza and Lebanon.

The Minister of Interior pointed out that the enemy is lurking around Yemen, and everyone must be prepared for this confrontation to thwart conspiracies.

He emphasized that neglect and carelessness could create opportunities for the enemy and expose people to punishment and failure.
