Britain confirmed on Tuesday the withdrawal of its last naval destroyers from the Middle East.

The Royal Navy reported on its official website that the destroyer “H.M.S. DANKAN” returned to the British coast, noting that “Duncan” was sent 6 months ago to replace the destroyer “Diamond” which left the Red Sea after being targeted.

The British Navy confirmed that “Duncan” failed to enter the Red Sea as it remained in the Mediterranean until the decision to withdraw it.

Since the beginning of the Yemeni-British confrontations last January, Britain announced the withdrawal of several battleships after being subjected to repeated attacks, including “Diamond” which underwent maintenance several times before the decision to replace it.

Britain, which carried out an aggression on Yemen with American participation before Yemen’s decision to put its ships on the target list, failed to contain the Yemeni operations supporting Gaza and even protect its ships, many of which were sunk.
