The death toll from Israeli aggression has risen to 45,227 Palestinians, and 107,573 wounded since October 7, 2023, the Ministry of Health in Gaza reported on the 442nd day of the ongoing Israeli genocide.
In its daily report, the ministry confirmed that the Israeli occupation committed three massacres across the Gaza Strip in the previous 24 hours, killing 21 Palestinians and injuring 61 others.
While some victims were transported to the few partially functioning hospitals, many remain trapped under the rubble or in areas inaccessible to ambulance and Civil Defense teams, according to the report.
