The health ministry in Gaza said on Monday that the death toll from the ongoing Zionist enemy bombardments and shooting attacks climbed to 45,541 martyrs and the number of the wounded surged to 108,338 people.
In a statement, the health ministry explained that the Zionist enemy army committed three massacres in different areas of the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours, killing 27 and injuring 149 citizens.
“There are still a number of victims under the rubble and on the roads, and the ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them,” the ministry added.
