The Government of Change Spokesperson and Construction, Minister of Information Hashim Sharaf Al-Din, confirmed that Yemenis have turned their country into a canvas of resistance, their voices into a symphony of challenge, and their hearts into a fortress of solidarity.
In a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the Government of Change Spokesperson and Construction said: “We are not exaggerating if we take pride in the fact that Yemenis are the bearers of Arab dignity. In the most cherished corner of the Arabian Peninsula, where towering mountains meet the sky, Yemenis live with unyielding determination.”
He added, “Today, the Yemeni people stand tall, and the hearts of its sons beat with responsibility towards their oppressed brothers in the Arab world. They have etched their names in the annals of history as heroes of Arab solidarity, as millions of them march week after week to Al-Sabeen Square in Sana’a and other cities and villages to demonstrate and express their solidarity with their Palestinian, Lebanese, and Syrian brothers in the face of Israeli-American aggression.”
He pointed out that the determination of Yemenis is a beacon of hope that illuminates the dark alleys in the consciences of Arab and Islamic regimes and peoples, affirming that their steadfast solidarity is a testament to their belief that jihad in the path of God and for freedom and dignity is a collective responsibility that binds everyone.
The Minister of Information also affirmed that jihad for Palestine is jihad for the essence of religion and Arab identity, explaining that the September 21 Revolution is a revolution of free people who reject oppression, submission, and surrender to invaders and forces of occupation and repression.
He reiterated that the unwavering commitment of Yemenis to the cause of Palestine and the Arab nation is a shining testimony to their firm belief in the values of justice, freedom, and independence, adding, “Yemenis stand as a beacon of hope, rebuking – with their strong solidarity with the Arab nation – the Arab and Muslim rulers who are complicit with the enemy and those who are cowardly and inactive.”
Sharaf Al-Din concluded his statement by saying, “Let history record, in letters of light, the sacrifices of this great people and the courage of their wise leader, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi – may God protect him – who has proven that Arabism is not just words, but noble values defended with souls.”
