Dhamar Governor Mohammed Al-Bukhaiti and Chairman of the General Land Authority Ibrahim Al-Mansour inaugurated a project to address the conditions of beneficiaries of state lands and real estate in Dhamar Governorate.
The project aims to issue usufruct contracts for personal housing and address increases in ownership and usufruct contracts, to facilitate the registration and documentation of rights.
The governor stressed the importance of preserving and protecting state property, calling on beneficiaries to settle their situation by the law. He praised the efforts of the authority’s branch despite the limited capabilities, directing all parties to cooperate to make the project a success.
The Chairman of the Authority explained the importance of the project in overcoming obstacles to beneficiaries and enhancing economic and social stability, stressing the keenness of the revolutionary and political leadership to implement this project.
For his part, the director of the authority’s branch, Abdul Ghani Al-Dailami, pointed to the efforts made to modernize urban plans, provide services, and simplify procedures through automated archiving, to preserve state lands and promote urban planning in Dhamar as a successful model.
