Law No. (2) of 1446 AH was issued on Tuesday on the temporary exceptional mechanism to support the salary bill of state employees and resolve the issue of small depositors.
The law includes twenty articles distributed in four chapters as follows
Chapter I: Nomenclature, definitions and objectives.
Chapter II: Sources of funding for the exceptional mechanism.
Chapter III: Facets and mechanism of disbursement from the EMM account.
Chapter IV: General and Final Provisions.
The final Article 20 stipulates that this law shall enter into force on the date of its promulgation and publication in Official Gazette.
