The Minister of Electricity, Energy, and Water, Dr. Ali Seif, and Sana’a governor,  Abdulbaset al-Hadi, on Thursday inspected the damage caused to the Haziz power station due to the Zionist aggression.

The minister and the governor were briefed on the extent of the damage to the station resulting from the direct bombing by the Zionist entity.

Minister Seif condemned this brutal attack, considering the repeated targeting of civilian infrastructure as a blatant violation of international humanitarian law and the four Geneva Conventions, which criminalize the targeting of civilian objects.

Governor al-Hadi clarified that this crime, along with previous ones, is a consequence of Yemen’s position in supporting the Palestinian people in Gaza, who are facing genocide crimes with American and British support.

He emphasized that the targeting of civilian infrastructure will not deter Yemen from its growing support for Gaza and from breaking the arrogance of the Zionist entity.

Al-Hadi stressed that these attacks will only increase the Yemeni people’s determination to support the Palestinian people and defend the sanctities of the nation.
