The International organization “Doctors Without Borders” confirmed today that “there is no safe place in Gaza, and no one is safe from danger”, while the Zionist genocide continues throughout the Strip.
This came in the context of the international organization’s comment on its team’s treatment of a number of Palestinian casualties, including four children, on Sunday, in an Israeli bombing of the city of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip.
The organization added, in a post on the X platform: “On the evening of December 8, following an Israeli bombing, our medical team at the field hospital in Deir al-Balah received an influx of casualties, including four children.”
Issa Willow, the coordinator of the field hospital, said: “There is an 11-month-old child in critical condition suffering from a traumatic brain injury, in addition to a seven-year-old boy who was placed on a ventilator and suffers from penetrating wounds in the abdomen, and may not survive.”
He stressed, saying: “This event is not an isolated event, but rather the rule in this war, and therefore there is no safe place in Gaza, and no one is safe from danger.”
MSF also renewed its calls for “urgent protection of civilians and an immediate and sustainable ceasefire.”
