PM Meets With Foreign Minister

Prime Minister Ahmed Ghaleb Al-Rahwi met on Sunday with Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Jamal Amer, as part of his follow-up on the ministry’s activities.

During the meeting, the Prime Minister listened to an explanation from Minister Amer regarding the progress in addressing the remaining stalled externally funded projects in coordination with relevant ministries and government agencies.

He also heard about the efforts being made to strengthen cooperation with international and UN organizations working in Yemen, in line with the country’s priority needs.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates also discussed the outcomes of the ministry’s international outreach and the positive results achieved in this regard.

The Prime Minister emphasized the need for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates to intensify its external communication efforts to break the diplomatic siege imposed on the Yemeni people and serve their just cause.

He highlighted the government’s commitment to boost cooperation and joint work with international organizations, focusing on urgent developmental and humanitarian needs.
