Russian Defense Ministry announced that more than 200 Ukrainian soldiers were killed in the battles on the Kursk axis during the past 24 hours, bringing the total losses of the Ukrainian forces since the start of their attempt to invade the Russian Kursk region to about 40,460 soldiers.
A statement by the Russian Defense Ministry regarding the developments of the battles in the Kursk region stated that “during the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian armed forces lost more than 200 soldiers, a tank, an infantry fighting vehicle, an armored fighting vehicle, and 7 vehicles, in addition to the destruction of an electronic warfare station, and the surrender of 3 Ukrainian soldiers.”
“In total, during the military operations on the Kursk axis, the Ukrainian Armed Forces lost more than 40,460 servicemen, 240 tanks, 178 infantry fighting vehicles, 125 armored personnel carriers, 1,253 armored combat vehicles, 1,131 vehicles, 311 artillery pieces, and 40 rocket launchers,” the statement added. “
In addition, the Ukrainian forces lost 74 electronic warfare stations, 13 anti-battery radars, 4 air defense radars, 27 units of engineering equipment, including 13 engineering vehicles for removing obstacles, one OR-77 mine clearance vehicle, and 6 armored vehicles for repair and evacuation,” the statement continued.
The Russian Defense Ministry announced a few days ago that the Russian army continues its advance in the Kursk region, inflicting heavy losses on the Kiev regime forces.
