The Security Forces in Amran Governorate were able, in four separate operations, to seize 473,370 narcotic pills of the “Burgbalin” type.
According to what was reported by the security media of the Ministry of Interior.
In the first operation, the security forces in the governorate seized 119,700 narcotic pills on board a “bus”, and in the second, the seized quantity was 179,700 narcotic pills on board a locomotive, and in the third operation, the seized quantity amounted to 166,800 narcotic pills on board a heavy transport truck.
The seized quantity in the fourth operation amounted to 7,170 narcotic pills that were on board a “Absam” type car. The rescue forces in Amran explained that the seized quantity of narcotic pills came from areas controlled by the aggression and was on its way to Saudi Arabia.
The seized items were referred with the accused of possessing them to the competent authorities.
