The spokesman for the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Stephane Dujarric, revealed that the Zionist enemy army refuses to deliver aid to the northern Gaza Strip.
In a press conference yesterday, Tuesday, Dujarric said that the occupation prevented the entry of three aid missions to the areas of the northern Gaza Strip, which have been under siege for 70 days, during the current month.
Dujarric pointed out that the United Nations has tried to reach the besieged areas 40 times since the beginning of December, but 38 of these attempts were categorically rejected and two were prevented from entering the northern areas after they arrived there.
Dujarric stressed the need to protect civilians in Gaza and meet basic humanitarian needs, calling on the occupation authorities to facilitate the work of the United Nations and its relief partners in the region.
