Lahj Governorate witnessed new popular protests yesterday, rejecting the attacks carried out by officials in the government loyal to the Saudi-Emirati occupation, against their private property.
The people of the Thalab area in the Tuban Directorate carried out a protest stand due to their rejection of the practices of forcibly encroaching on their lands by one of the influential people in the authority loyal to the occupation.
The protesters held the concerned parties loyal to the occupation and the “State Lands and Real Estate Authority” responsible for any actions that would confirm the ownership of the disputed lands in favor of the influential people.
This comes in light of the widespread looting of citizens’ lands and properties in areas controlled by the militias loyal to the Saudi-Emirati occupation.
