Armed clashes erupted yesterday in Lawdar district in Abyan governorate, which is under the control of the occupation militias.
Medical sources said that the clashes erupted between tribal gunmen inside the Mahnaf Hospital in the district, resulting in two civilians sustaining minor injuries.
The reasons for the outbreak of armed clashes are not yet known, while Lawdar district is witnessing security chaos and armed clashes from time to time.
In addition, two citizens were killed yesterday in two separate incidents in Shibam Hadhramaut district, which is under the control of the occupation in eastern Yemen.
Local sources reported that citizen Hamdan bin Amer Al-Kathiri was killed by unknown gunmen in Hawtah Shibam, a few hours after citizen Ahmed bin Zain was killed by his nephew’s gunfire.
The sources added that the motives for the two incidents are still unknown, and that citizens were able to arrest the perpetrator of the murder of Ahmed bin Zain.
The two incidents come after citizens found the body of citizen Abdullah Awad bin Mudrak Barabaa, beheaded, in the Sadiyah area in the Hawrah Wadi Al-Ain district the day before yesterday.
