The General Authority for the Care of the Families of Martyrs and Missing in Sana’a Governorate launched economic empowerment projects in the Bani Hushaysh District, benefiting 101 individuals at a total cost of 92 million and 635 thousand riyals.
The projects are being implemented under the slogan “The economy is a vital pillar in the confrontation against the enemies of God.”
These projects include initiatives in agricultural development, grape cultivation, the provision of fertilizers, vaccines, and pesticide bags, in addition to agricultural mechanization and irrigation systems.
The goal is to achieve self-sufficiency for the beneficiary families and enhance local development.
Deputy Governor Fares Al-Kahali emphasized the importance of these projects in supporting the families of martyrs and alleviating their suffering, acknowledging the sacrifices made by their relatives.
He also praised the role of the revolutionary and political leadership in supporting this important segment of society.
Majid Al-Masbahi, Director of Economic Empowerment, noted that these projects represent a step toward sustainable development and reducing the foreign import bill.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by several officials who commended the efforts put into ensuring the success of these projects, which aim to improve the living standards of martyrs’ families and empower them economically.
