Today, Mohammed Alwan, the First Deputy Governor of Marib, inaugurated the Handicrafts Exhibition in Harib Al-Qaramish District, organized by the women trainees from the Directorate in the fields of sewing, incense-making, and perfume production, in coordination with the local branch of the National Committee for Women.
During the opening, Alwan, accompanied by other officials, listened to an explanation from the exhibition coordinator, Mahdiyah Haysan, about the exhibition’s contents, which included handmade crafts, embroidery products, perfumes, and incense.
Alwan praised the efforts of the trainees in organizing the exhibition, which reflect the resilience of Yemeni women and contribute to improving living standards amid aggression and siege.
He emphasized the importance of implementing activities and programs that equip trainees with life skills, considering the exhibition an opportunity to support participants and achieve economic empowerment
