As the UAE attacks on them continue, dozens of fishermen organized a protest on Tuesday, against the UAE forces stationed at Al-Rayyan Airport in the city of Mukalla, the center of Hadramaut Governorate.
The protest, organized by the fishermen of the city of Shihr, came in denunciation of the repeated UAE attacks on fishermen and preventing them from fishing in the Arabian Sea for nearly 8 years.
The protesters demanded that the UAE forces allow them to practice their fishing profession since they took control of Al-Rayyan Airport in April 2016, along with US forces, under the pretext of security reasons.
This comes after the fishermen carried out dozens of protests demanding that the UAE and the local authorities affiliated with the coalition allow them to fish, as it is the only profession to provide for their children.
