Foreign Minister Jamal Amer, met on Sunday with the Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), Zena Ali Ahmad.
During the meeting, a report on the rural resilience project being implemented by the UNDP in Hodeida province was reviewed.
The foreign minister emphasized the importance of sustaining resilience programs to support rural development and called for addressing the logistical issues to ensure the continuity of the program’s work.
The UNDP representative affirmed that the program is continuing its activities in Sanaa and is nearing the completion of its work plan for 2025 and identifying future projects once funding is secured.
