The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Jamal Ahmed Amer, received a phone call this evening from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Abbas Araqchi.

During the call, they discussed the developments taking place at the regional and international levels, as well as the latest developments related to the Palestinian issue in Gaza and its repercussions.

During the call, Minister Amer referred to what was confirmed by Sayyed Leader Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi regarding Yemen’s position on the truce agreement in Gaza, which is represented by the readiness of the military forces in their various formations to deal with any new developments in the event of any breach of the truce by the Zionist entity.

He stressed that the acquiescence of the entity and the American administration sponsoring the war of extermination on Gaza represents a victory for the principle and legitimacy of resistance.

In turn, the Iranian Foreign Minister congratulated Yemen, its leadership, government and people, on the truce agreement in Gaza, which came as a culmination of the legendary steadfastness of the resistance in Palestine and as a result of the effective and influential Yemeni position, whether through missile support or through the equation that was imposed in the Red Sea.
