The Grand Mufti of Oman, Sheikh Ahmad Al-Khalili, commented on the fires that have swept through the United States on Tuesday, following Trump’s threats to turn the Middle East into a hell.
“The American president threatened to turn the Middle East into a hell, and no sooner had he finished his threat than fires broke out in multiple areas of his own land,” Sheikh Al-Khalili wrote in a post on social media platform “X”.
He added: “This is the way of Allah with everyone who becomes arrogant and tyrannical, oppressing His servants with cruelty and tyranny. I wonder, is there anyone who will take heed, show mercy to himself, and turn to Allah? “O Allah bear witness that I have conveyed the message”.
