Luqman Baras, Governor of Hadramout in Sana’a confirmed that the establishment of two small oil refineries in the occupied cities of Mukalla and Al-Shihr in Hadhramaut by the mercenary government is part of their continued plundering of the country’s resources.
The Governor of Hadramout explained in a statement to the Yemeni News Agency Saba that the creation of the refineries is part of a dangerous policy through which the mercenaries are trying to continue looting the province’s oil wealth for the benefit of foreign parties, similar to the American looting of oil resources in Syria.
He considered this move as an attempt to circumvent Sana’a decision to halt the looting and export of oil without using its revenues to pay salaries and benefit the local population.
Governor Luqman condemned the repeated Emirati attacks on fishermen in Hadramout, harassing them and depriving them from fishing, which is their only source of income
