The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) has strongly condmened the US administration’s decision to designate Ansarullah as a terrorist organization.
In a statement, Hamas described the move as unjust and retaliatory.
“This designation is a vindictive action targeting Yemen for its honorable stance in solidarity with the Palestinian people against the Zionist entity’s genocidal war,” the statement read.
Hamas accused the Zionist regime and its leadership of being the primary source of terrorism and instability in the region.
“The Zionist entity and its government, led by a war criminal, are the real perpetrators of terrorism and the main cause of regional tension,” the movement declared.
The statement also urged the US administration to reconsider its decision and abandon its policy of bias toward the Zionist regime.
“We call on the US to reverse this unjustified decision and to stop aligning itself with the Zionists at the expense of justice and regional stability,” Hamas concluded.
