Head Of Judicial Inspectorate Inspects Judicial Workflow In Taiz

The head of the Judicial Inspectorate, Judge Dr. Marwan Al-Mahakri, inspected on Wednesday the workflow at Taiz Court of Appeals and a number of primary courts affiliated to it.

During the visit, which was accompanied by Supreme Judicial Council member Judge Alawi Sahl bin Aqeel and Judicial Inspectorate complaints department head Judge Abdul Raqeeb Al-Majidi, Dr. Al-Mahakri listened to an explanation of the judicial work in the court and its criminal, personal, first civil, commercial and second civil divisions from Taiz Court of Appeals President Judge Fawaz Al-Maqtari.

Dr. Al-Mahakri, bin Aqeel and Al-Maqtari inspected the work progress at the first instance courts in Taiz, Shar’ab Al-Salam and Sabr, and heard from their heads, Judge Adel Al-Sharif, Judge Salah Al-Maliki and Judge Mohammed Al-Sharif, about the incoming cases, their nature and the level of completion.

He toured the hearing rooms, divisional offices, primary courts, clerks’ pens, and information centers, and listened to judges, registrars, and employees about the work, the mechanisms of manual and electronic registration of cases, the scheduling and holding of their sessions, the extent of their regularity, the difficulties they face, and the needs that need to be provided to enhance performance.

Judge Al-Mahakri directed to take measures to ensure that they are provided and addressed.

He also inspected the new halls project for the divisions and courts of first instance, and urged to complete the completion of the project.

He listened to the complaints of some litigants and directed the necessary action, emphasizing the Judicial Inspectorate’s keenness to facilitate litigation procedures and bring justice closer to citizens.
