Governor of Hodeidah, Abdullah Abduh Atifi, and First Deputy Governor, Ahmed Al-Bishri, inaugurated the annual exhibition of the martyr leader Sayyed Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi (may God be pleased with him) today at the grand hall of the governorate.
During the inauguration, the governor and the first deputy governor, accompanied by several deputy governors, toured the sections and pavilions of the exhibition.
They listened to a detailed explanation from the organizers about its contents, which included hundreds of photos and models documenting the historical stages of Yemeni events, starting from the dawn of Islam and the role of the Yemeni people in supporting the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and spreading Islam.
The exhibition also covered the stages of British colonization in southern Yemen and its eventual expulsion, as well as the development of Yemeni military industrialization and the support of the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples in confronting Israeli aggression backed by the United States.
The exhibition highlighted significant Arab, Islamic, and global historical events, shedding light on the crimes and human rights violations committed by global arrogant powers.
Atifi praised the significant efforts made to organize this annual exhibition.
He emphasized that the exhibits detailed the stages of the Quranic movement founded by the martyr leader, alongside documenting the aggression by Saudi Arabia, the UAE, the United States, Britain, and Israel against Yemen, resulting in crimes and human rights violations.
The governor emphasized the importance of the historical and military information presented by the exhibition, which sheds light on numerous Yemeni, Arab, Islamic, and global events.
He called on university and school students to visit the exhibition to explore its valuable content and benefit from the information it provides.
