Israeli Occupation Forces Arrest Dozens Of Palestinians In West Bank

The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped last night and on Tuesday morning dozens of Palestinian citizens during a large-scale arrest campaign in the West Bank.

According to local sources, the occupation forces stormed Beit Furik town in eastern Nablus at dawn, raided several homes and kidnaped at least 13 citizens. The IOF raid in Beit Furik town is still ongoing.

Meanwhile, the IOF has tightened its military measures at checkpoints and barriers on roads around Nablus City, resulting in heavy traffic jams.

In al-Khalil, the IOF reportedly kidnaped 12 citizens from their homes during its ongoing raid in Idhna town, which started yesterday.

In Bethlehem, the occupation forces kidnaped two young citizens and stole money and jewelry during raids on homes.

In Qalqilya, the occupation kidnaped five other citizens following raids on homes in the city, and imposed movement restrictions at its eastern entrance.

In Jericho, the occupation forces continued to block all the entrances of the city and prevent Palestinian citizens from leaving or entering.

the occupation soldiers also stormed Aqabat Jabr refugee camp in Jericho and severely beat a citizen identified as Rami Jamal during a raid on his home. He was rushed to hospital for medical assistance.

In Tulkarem, the IOF kidnaped six citizens after ransacking their homes in the city, amid raids and movement restrictions in different areas of the province.

The occupation forces also stormed on Tuesday other areas of the West Bank and intensified its military measures at the entrances of many cities and towns, including in the Ramallah and Bireh province and in Jerusalem.

A number of IOF assaults on citizens and cars reportedly happened on West Bank roads.
