An expanded meeting was held in the Fifth Military Region, chaired by the region’s commander, Major General Yousef Al-Madani, and included the governors of Hodeidah, Hajjah, Al-Mahwit and Raymah, as well as security and military leaders.
Maj. Gen. Al-Madani pointed out the Americans and British-backed Zionist enemy, who failed to break and stop the Yemeni operations supporting Gaza, are counting on mobilizing their tools that failed during 10 years in occupying Yemen.
He affirmed that all the plans of the Zionist-American enemy would fail in the face of the awareness and steadfastness of the Yemeni people and its valiant armed forces.
Al-Madani praised the operations that the armed forces carried out against the American-British enemy and the vital targets of the Zionist enemy in the occupied Palestinian territories in support of the Palestinian people and in response to the American-Zionist aggression against Yemen.
He stressed the importance of concerted efforts to improve the overall performance in the provinces and districts, and to pay attention to the concerns and needs of their people, appreciating the wide popular participation and activities, protest rallies supporting Palestinian people in Gaza.
For their parts, Governors from Hodeidah, Hajjah, Al-Mahwit, and Raymah discussed the service situation and the efforts made in this regard, as well as aspects of coordination with the security services to consolidate security and stability.
They pointed to the activities witnessed in the governorates in the field of mobilization and enrollment in the “Al-Aqsa Flood” courses within the framework of preparations and enhancing readiness to face any escalation of the US-Zionist-British enemy and their tools.
For his part, The Deputy Minister of Interior highlighted the security forces’ role in maintaining stability and addressing potential threats from enemies trying to destabilize the country.
He pointed out the importance of everyone’s cooperation with the security agencies, sensing the importance of the role they play in enhancing public tranquility.
The Ministry of Defense’s Mobilization Director discussed extensive plans for training, mobilization, and enhancing combat readiness to prepare for any potential escalation.
