Today’s meeting in Sana’a, chaired by Prime Minister Ahmed Ghalib Al-Rahawi, discussed coordinating the activities of entities that require the use of the radio spectrum, ensuring the proper and safe use of frequencies, and resolving the current interference between wave users and broadcasters.
The meeting discussed the mechanisms to end the interference between the entities using the radio waves and the broadcasters, as well as ways to prevent the negative effects caused by the continued overlap between the waves.
Prime Minister Al-Rahawi emphasized the need to take necessary actions to eliminate interference between radio waves and those of other parties using the radio spectrum, while also building on the progress made during the previous period.

The committee is tasked with studying the issue from all perspectives, identifying technical procedures to resolve the frequency interference, and submitting the results for final discussion within a maximum of one week from the meeting date.
