Russia’s air defense systems destroyed and intercepted 32 Ukrainian drones over five Russian regions overnight, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.

“15 of them were neutralized over the territory of the Voronezh region, 11 over the territory of the Belgorod region, 4 over the territory of the Kursk region, one over the territories of the Oryol and Tver regions,,” the Russian military said.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces have been targeting Russian border regions, including the Republic of Crimea and the regions of Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, Voronezh, and Rostov, almost daily with drones and missiles.

Kiev has adopted terrorist tactics, primarily using attack drones and artillery shelling against civilians and civilian infrastructure in Russia, in an attempt to divert attention from the failure of what it calls the “counteroffensive,” which it announced in June 2023.

Since February 24, 2022, Russian forces have continued their special military operation, aiming to disarm Ukraine and eliminate threats posed to Russia’s security, as well as to protect civilians in the Donbas region, who have endured persecution by the Kyiv regime for eight years
