Decree No. (81) was issued by the Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Dr. Abdulmumin Shuja’ al-Din, to transfer a number of judges to work in several courts as follows:
1- Jamal Abdullah Qaid al-Sharaabi – Head of the Third Criminal Division of the Capital Sana’a Court of Appeal.
2- Ahmed Ali Mohammed al-Rawdhi – Head of the Second Civil Division of the Ibb province Court of Appeal.
3- Tawfiq Mohammed Hamid al-Qadasi- Head of the Third Civil Division of the Ibb province Court of Appeal.
4- Ali Abdullah Mohammed al-Olofi- Head of the Second Civil Division of Mahweet province Court of Appeal.
5- Mohammed Ahmad Ghaleb Amer – Head of the Second Civil Division of Hajjah province Court of Appeal.
6- Ahmed Abdulrahman Mohammed Naji – Head of the Second Civil Division of the Taiz province Court of Appeal.
7- Jaber Ali Jaber Al-Hadrami – Member of the Second Commercial Division of the Capital Sana’a Appeal Court.
8- Abdo Abdullah Omar Al-Ahdal – Member of the First Criminal Division of the Capital Sana’a Appeal Court.
9- Hassan Abdulrahman Hassan al-Mutawakkil – Member of the First Criminal Division of Sana’a province Appeal Court.
10- Mohammed Saad Saad Amer – Member of the Second Civil Division of Sana’a province Appeal Court.
11- Mohammed Sultan Qaed Al-Mikhlafi – Member of the First Civil Division of Ibb province Appeal Court.
12- Nabil Abdul Wahab Hamoud Jaghman – Member of the First Criminal Division of Dhamar province Appeal Court.
13- Abdullah Abdullah Yahya Al-Dailami – Member of the Second Civil Division of Dhamar province Appeal Court.
14- Ali Abdo Sagheer Nafar – Member of the Third Personal and Criminal Division of Hajjah province Appeal Court.
15- Majid Ali Ahmed Al-Rukn – Member of the First Criminal Division of the Court of Appeal of Hajjah province instead of Judge Amin Sufyan Ahmed Al-Amri.
16- Fouad Ahmed Abdul Rahman Al-Bakir – Reserve Member of the two Commercial Divisions of the Court of Appeal of the Capital Sana’a.
17- Abdul Qawi Nayef Saleh Al-Mikhlafi – Reserve Member of the Court of Appeal of Ibb province.
18- Muhammad Muhammad Yahya Al-Aqeeda – President of the Sa’afan Primary Court in Sana’a province.
19- Majid Ahmed Noman Al-Zumar – President of the Thi As-Sufal Primary Court in Ibb province.
20- Bandar Abdul Rahman Ali Muqbil – President of the Ba’dan Primary Court in Ibb province.
21- Muhammad Abdul Rahman Abdulwahid Hijazi – President of the Juvenile Primary Court in Ibb province and Judge of al-Makhader Primary Court in Ibb province.
22- Muhammad Amin Muhammad Al-Ahdal – President of Jabal Ras Primary Court in Hodeida province.
23- Ammar Mohammed Abdul Aziz Al-Marani – President of the Hamdan Al-Sham Primary Court in Sa’ada province, whose jurisdiction extends to include the territorial jurisdiction of Kitaf Primary Court in Sa’ada province.

25- Mujahid Hassan Ghaleb Al-Hasani – President of the Hafash Primary Court in Mahweet province.

27- Mahdi Sultan Hassan Al-Amri – Judge of the Commercial Primary Court in the Capital Sana’a.
28- Tahani Mohammed Ali Al-Waleed – Judge of the West Capital Sana’a Primary Court.
29- Mohammed Abdullah Hassan Al-Khayal – Judge of the West Capital Sana’a Primary Court.
