Al-Houthi Threatens Saudi Arabia not to Join American-Led Coalition Against Yemen

Mohammad Ali al-Houthi, a member of the Supreme Political Council in Sana’a, stated that Yemen is considering its options in response to Saudi Arabia’s recent messages towards Yemen and as well as Riyadh’s hints at participating in an upcoming war against Yemen.

Speaking during a graduation ceremony for a number of leadership batches organized by the Training and Rehabilitation Authority of the Ministry of Defense in the capital, Sana’a, Al-Houthi addressed Saudi Arabia and the UAE, saying: “We tell the Saudis and Emiratis, in 2015, we did not possess precision missiles and drones that we have today.”

Al-Houthi advised Saudi Arabia and the UAE not to repeat their actions, warning them of defeat if they escalate and return to war against Yemen.

He emphasized that Yemen is not intimidated by American threats, asserting that the country will secure peace through its military strength and has no fear of the United States.
