A joint meeting of the Presidency of the Yemeni Parliament and the permanent committees, chaired by Yahya Ali Al-Ra’i, the Speaker of the Parliament, discussed topics related to the Council’s responsibilities in both legislative and oversight areas
The meeting, which included the heads and secretaries of the permanent committees of the Council, emphasized the importance of doubling efforts to keep pace with the requirements of the stage of change and construction.
It also stressed prioritizing important issues at the current stage and translating the directives of the leader of the revolution, sayyed Abdul Malik Badruddin Al-Houthi, and the President of the Supreme Political Council into practical reality.
The meeting appreciated the efforts made by the security apparatuses in maintaining security, stability, and enhancing public tranquility.
It urged further efforts to facilitate procedures and transactions for citizens in the capital secretariat and the provinces, in line with their aspirations for the stage of change and construction.
