The death toll from Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 48,239 martyrs and 111,676, wounded since October 7, 2023, the Palestinian News Agency Wafa reported, citing local medical sources.
According to the sources, 17 slain Palestinians were taken to hospitals in the Gaza Strip, including 14 whose bodies were recovered during the past 24 hours, as well as two other casualties.
A number of victims are still under the rubble, and ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach them, the sources added.
